Does This Stimulate You?

According to a newsletter sent out by Newt Gingrich: "If you're a 50-year old-with a college degree, you will pay approximately $81,000 over the rest your working life just to pay the interest on the debt in the Obama budget" (there goes that retirement you worked so hard for). "If you're a 40-year-old, you'll pay $132,000. And if you're a 20-year-old, just starting out after college, you will pay a whopping $114,000 just to service the interest on the debt created by the Obama budget."
     Note that Newt is NOT talking about dollars going to health care or any program beneficial to any Americans, he's just talking about the interest that we will be paying to countries like China, Japan and several unfriendly Middle Eastern countries until this money is paid back. Is that really the legacy you want to leave your children?

Obama may have all the best intentions, but we all know what a miserable record the public sector has one it comes to managing money. They'll burn through this 3.7 trillion and then just ask for more, and more, and more. With nothing to look forward to down the road but "death and taxes" some kids today are better informed, and more outspoken, than their parents (read this post from a blog hosted by a Young Republicans group from upstate NY).
